Do I need to be home during my cleaning?
No! As long as your bins are empty and accessible, you don't need to be home.
Do my trash bins need to be empty?
Yes. Small amounts of loose debris are generally fine, but bins containing garbage bags or significant amounts of waste cannot be cleaned.
Where should I leave my bins?
Near the end of your driveway or another agreed-upon accessible location. We don't enter garages, fenced areas, or locked gates.
What areas do you service?
We're currently accepting bookings in La Grange, Buckner, and Crestwood, Kentucky. You can check availability using your ZIP code on our booking page.
What types of bins can you clean?
We clean standard residential wheeled trash and recycling bins. If you have an unusual bin size or style, contact us before booking.
Will cleaning remove every stain and odor?
Our process removes built-up grime and helps reduce unpleasant odors. However, permanent staining, discoloration, or deeply absorbed odors may not disappear completely.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Contact us at contact@binreset.com before your next billing date to request changes or cancellation. Any applicable minimum commitment and cancellation terms will apply.
What happens if my trash pickup is delayed?
Let us know as soon as possible. We'll work with you to reschedule around route availability. If we're unable to complete the cleaning, we'll arrange a refund or credit.
What if I'm outside your service area?
You can join our waitlist through the booking page. We'll contact you when service becomes available in your area.
What if I forget to leave my bins out?
We offer a one-time courtesy reschedule, subject to route availability before your next billing cycle. If we can't return, we'll refund or credit the uncompleted cleaning.
What happens if weather prevents my cleaning?
Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We'll contact you to coordinate another available date. If we cannot complete the service, we'll arrange a refund or credit.
When will my bins be cleaned?
We coordinate cleanings around your regular trash pickup whenever possible. After booking, we'll review your address and pickup day, then confirm your scheduled cleaning date.
