Before We Arrive

Empty Bins, Please
Please make sure your bins are empty before your scheduled cleaning. Small amounts of loose debris are okay, but bags of garbage or significant waste must be removed.
Cleaning Dates May Vary
We schedule around trash pickup days whenever possible. Your exact cleaning date depends on route availability and will be confirmed ahead of time.
Keep Bins Accessible
Leave your bins near the end of your driveway or another agreed-upon accessible location. We don't enter garages, fenced areas, or locked gates.
If Your Bins Aren't Ready
We'll offer a one-time courtesy reschedule, subject to route availability before your next billing cycle. If we can't return, we'll refund or credit the uncompleted cleaning.

Choose Your Schedule
Monthly service is $20 per month, quarterly service is $30 every three months, and a one-time cleaning is $40. Each option includes one cleaning of up to two bins per service visit.
More Than Two Bins?
Your first two bins are included. Additional bins are just $7 each per cleaning. Select your total number of bins when booking.
How Billing Works
One-time services are paid at checkout. Recurring plans are billed automatically according to your selected monthly or quarterly schedule. Cleaning dates are coordinated separately based on route availability.

Need to change your service or cancel a recurring plan? Contact our team before your next billing date. Any applicable minimum commitment and cancellation terms will be provided when booking.
